Enquiries and photographs
We use your name, email, optional telephone number, equipment model, description and any photographs to reply and discuss the repair. The hosting provider processes technical request data to operate and protect the website.
You may attach up to three JPG/JPEG/PNG photographs. Accepted images are checked, resized and re-encoded as JPEG, which removes original metadata. They are attached to the email sent to the workshop. Temporary processed files are deleted after the request; the email and attachments remain in the business mailbox for handling your enquiry. Photos are not published in an online gallery.
Send only relevant photographs and avoid identity documents or unrelated personal information. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us using the email above.
Form security and Turnstile
The protected form uses a necessary session cookie, a session token, a hidden anti-spam field and temporary request-rate records. The session cookie expires when the browser session ends; temporary rate records use a hashed IP identifier and are periodically removed.
When the administrator enables Cloudflare Turnstile, the contact page loads its anti-bot check. Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection information for that check. Verification is also performed on our server. No challenge is loaded on unrelated pages.
Google Maps and directions
The map loads when you open the Contact page, connecting to Google, which may process your IP address and other technical information under its own policies. Directions open Google Maps in another tab or app.
Visitor statistics — Statcounter
On the main domain we use Statcounter to measure visits, page views, approximate location, browser type and referring sources. It may process IP addresses, visit times, page addresses and titles, referrers and cookies to distinguish visits. Accuracy and availability depend on browser and service settings.
Our integration does not add sending of names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages or photographs from the contact form to Statcounter. Additional project features are configured by the administrator in Statcounter. Enquiry information is submitted separately.
Our code does not load Statcounter when it detects Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control or your local opt-out below. Your choice is stored in this browser and does not delete earlier visit records.
