Where is BeoDigital?
We are at Milorada Miškovića 23, Banjica, Belgrade. We are open Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00. Find the current address and directions on our Contact page.
Can I send my equipment by courier?
Yes. Pack it carefully and include your name, telephone number, return address and a description of the problem. Read our shipping instructions and agree which accessories are needed for testing. Check transport costs and conditions with the courier.
How much does inspection cost?
Inspection is free. After identifying the problem, we explain the repair options and estimated cost. You decide whether to proceed. Inspection time depends on the fault and the checks required.
Electronics, memory card slots and connectors
We repair many types of electronic faults in the photo and video equipment we accept, including power, control and communication circuits and damaged connections on circuit boards. Repair options depend on the model and extent of damage.
- Replacement of SD, microSD, CompactFlash (CF), Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo and other card slots, subject to the correct part being available.
- USB and HDMI connector replacement and inspection of connections, pads and tracks on the board.
- Diagnosis and replacement of failed controllers and electronic components when board condition and parts availability permit.
Replacing a connector or slot is not always sufficient if associated electronics are damaged. Card slot repair does not automatically include recovery of photographs from a faulty card.
