Compare the flash test button with operation on the camera and wireless trigger. Canon, Nikon and other system versions matter for compatibility.
Our inspection approach: If the test works, we check settings, hot shoe contacts and trigger communication. If it does not, we inspect charging, the tube and control electronics.
Tell us the battery, power setting, firing rate and any displayed message.

Send the full model name, camera mount where relevant, exact error message and when the problem occurs. Tell us about impact, liquid exposure, previous opening and any adapter or additional equipment. A short video can help explain an intermittent fault.
We first establish the cause and check the required parts. Not every model or type of damage can be repaired; we discuss options, price and an estimated turnaround before work starts.
A flash can retain high voltage after switch-off. Do not open it yourself. We assess the tube, shoe, charging and control circuits after inspection, with the correct part checked for the exact system version.
