Inspection and repair
A flash that powers up but will not charge needs different checks from a broken hot shoe or intermittent power supply. Tell us whether the problem occurs using the test button, on a camera or with a wireless trigger.
Depending on the model, we inspect the flash tube, contacts, connectors, power supply and control electronics. We check the required parts and price after inspection.
Flash circuits may retain high voltage after switch-off. Do not open the casing. Stop using equipment with burning smells, sparking or visible damage. NANLITE equipment is accepted as continuous LED lighting, not flashguns.
