Power, settings or temperature may be involved. Reduced output does not always mean the LED module is faulty.

Send the full model name, camera mount where relevant, exact error message and when the problem occurs. Tell us about impact, liquid exposure, previous opening and any adapter or additional equipment. A short video can help explain an intermittent fault.
