Tell us the lens, mount, body and firmware versions. Do not install a random file for another model or downgrade without guidance.

Send the full model name, camera mount where relevant, exact error message and when the problem occurs. Tell us about impact, liquid exposure, previous opening and any adapter or additional equipment. A short video can help explain an intermittent fault.
We first establish the cause and check the required parts. Not every model or type of damage can be repaired; we discuss options, price and an estimated turnaround before work starts.
