These are examples of symptoms we can investigate. A symptom can have several causes; examples are not claims of a manufacturing defect and do not apply to every model.
Check balance, unlocked axes and a suitable load first. A higher motor setting is not a universal solution.
Our inspection approach: With the appropriate camera setup, we check adjustment and model-specific calibration. Persistent problems need motor, sensor, connection and control-board checks.
Changing the camera setup may require balancing and the calibration procedure in the manual. Do not straighten axes by force after a drop.

Tell us the battery, charger, indicator state and whether it also happens without a camera.

Send the full model name, camera mount where relevant, exact error message and when the problem occurs. Tell us about impact, liquid exposure, previous opening and any adapter or additional equipment. A short video can help explain an intermittent fault.
We first establish the cause and check the required parts. Not every model or type of damage can be repaired; we discuss options, price and an estimated turnaround before work starts.
Balance is checked with the camera and lens used for filming. Depending on the model, inspection includes motors, position sensors, power, communication and control circuits. Calibration and functional checks follow any agreed repair. Stop using the gimbal if movement is uncontrolled or a motor becomes unusually hot.
